Will I be charged any import taxes, customs duties or other fees?
Depending on the destination country (where the artwork will be delivered to) and the country of origin for the artwork, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or other fees charged by your (the customer’s) local Customs Office. Please note that these fees are imposed by Buyer’s local government and are outside of Follow.art control.

Who is responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties or other fees?
It is the responsibility of Buyer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and duties. This is set out in our Terms and Conditions and we do highlight this at checkout.
Will I be reimbursed for the import taxes or duties if I return my order?
Once we’ve confirmed safe receipt of the artwork, we will issue a refund of the artwork value and, in the case of the artwork arriving damaged, the shipping cost. However, Follow.art does not reimburse customs charges for returned orders.
