Will I be able to communicate to the Buyer?
No - we are taking care of all of the communication with the Buyer, including coordination of the artwork shipment! The only exception to this is: if a customer is nearby to your stated location, then they are able to choose an option to pick up the artwork from the selling point. In this case you as a Seller should provide information in your Orders page in your Seller Dashboard that the particular Artwork is ready for picking-up. The customer will then receive an email from follow.art. Upon handing the artwork over you must verify the identity of the Buyer.
