Who is covering the shipping costs in case a Customer decides to return an Artwork bought from my Gallery?
It depends on the reason why the artwork is returned. If the Artwork has arrived undamaged and as promised, and the customer has changed his or her mind for any other reason and not at the fault of the courier or Seller, then the return costs are covered by the Customer. However, if the artwork is returned due to a deficit in quality, then the return cost is covered by the Seller (the gallery) or follow.art - depending on the specific situation. To avoid any dispute, please take a photo of the package before shipping.
