When will import taxes, customs duties and other fees apply?

If an artwork is purchased from outside of your (Buyers) country, taxes may have to be paid to the Customs Office. The exception to this is if both Buyer and the Seller are based in one of the EU member states.

• How long will it take for my refund to come through?

  Once we have been informed by the Seller about your return, we will process your refund and you will be notified. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
