What if the Buyer is from the EU and I’m shipping outside of the EU?
Depending on the destination country (where the artwork will be delivered to) and the country of origin for the artwork, customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or other fees charged by the customer’s local Customs Office. Please note that these fees are imposed by the Customer’s local government and are outside of follow.art and your (as a Seller) control. To be able to estimate import duties and taxes, our system calculates it, based on Seller's destination country, type and also type of Customer and its location. The final price is visible on a particular Artwork product page while checking out.
We will instruct you as a Seller on what kind of documents to add to your shipment when there will be a sale for your artwork.
