  If your artwork arrives damaged or you have received the wrong artwork, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. ​If you are returning your artwork for any other reason, we do not reimburse shipping costs.

• Will I be reimbursed for the import taxes or duties if I return my order?

  Once we’ve confirmed safe receipt of the artwork, we will issue a refund of the artwork value and, in the case of the artwork arriving damaged, the shipping cost. However, Follow.art does not reimburse customs charges for returned orders.

• The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
