We have sent the wrong item to Buyer. What should we do?
If the courier has already picked up the package, it means the order is on its way to the Customer. Please immediately give us a written notice so we can inform the Buyer in advance. The Customer will proceed with the standard return procedure and you will get further instructions when and how to send the correct artwork purchased. Please note that the costs for such returns are covered by the Seller in accordance with Terms and Conditions for Sellers.
