We are closing the Gallery for a week (due to holidays, participation in Art Fairs or other reasons) and will not be able to provide pick-up for sold Artworks. What should we do?

We are closing the Gallery for a week (due to holidays, participation in Art Fairs or other reasons) and will not be able to provide pick-up for sold Artworks. What should we do?

Take your time, but try to answer our message ASAP, so we can inform the Customer about the fastest solution. We do give 48 hours to confirm availability of artwork and then up to 4 working days to prepare Artwork for picking up.  In case an Artwork is sold, please contact us right away so we can find a solution for the Customer.
