For desktop:
In Safari, click the small icon next to the website address, and drag it onto the desktop. This will automatically create the Webloc file, using the same name as the page title. In Chrome, click the URL to highlight the entire address, and drag the URL to the desktop.
Iphone or Ipad - open Safari and head to a website you want to pin to the Home Screen to get started.Then tap the Share icon at the bottom. Then tap Add to Home Screen from the menu. Next, type in a name for your shortcut and then tap the Add button.
Android mobile device - Launch “Chrome” app, open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
