Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and where the artwork is being sent from. Please note orders are confirmed within 24 hours and prepared for shipment within 4 working days. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated. We are also inviting You to use tracking possibilities provided by courier.

Once we’ve confirmed safe receipt of the artwork, we will issue a refund of the artwork value and, in the case of the artwork arriving damaged, the shipping cost. However, Follow.art does not reimburse customs charges for returned orders.
