• How does the refund work?

  Once your order has been safely received by the Seller, we will process your return and refund the credit or debit card you used to pay with.

• Will I be reimbursed for the import taxes or duties if I return my order?

  Once we’ve confirmed safe receipt of the artwork, we will issue a refund of the artwork value and, in the case of the artwork arriving damaged, the shipping cost. However, Follow.art does not reimburse customs charges for returned orders.

• If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?

  Each work is shipped by the Seller. So if the two works are by the same Seller, they may be delivered at the same time (under normal circumstances). If they are by different Sellers, the delivery dates will be different.

• Will I be charged any import taxes, customs duties or other fees?

  Depending on the destination country (where the artwork will be delivered to) and the country of origin for the artwork, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or other fees charged by your (the customer’s) local Customs Office. Please ...
